Peer observation
Have you spotted an innovation, tool or practice among the platform's projects and would you like to learn more about it to implement it in your courses?
Teachers who have agreed to open the door of their classroom to UNIGE colleagues indicate it on their project page (the “Peer observation” note). Contact them directly to suggest an observation or to get more information about their projects.
How it works
- Find a project that interests you in the catalogue, and read its page to understand the setup before writing.
- Write to the teacher — the address is on the project page. Say what you would like to observe and what you plan to do with it in your own course.
- Agree together on the session, where you will sit and what the students will be told. Observation happens between colleagues: it is neither an assessment nor an audit.
